The origins of coffee - Indonesia

The coffee is grown in many parts of the world. Each of these coffee origin are based on unique properties of climate, soil, agriculture and processing. The countries that produce coffee are Indonesia: Sumatra, Sulawesi, East Timor, Papua New Guinea and Java. Indonesia is the largest coffee producing region in the third world. However, these regions are usually only a small proportion of Arabica beans and are highly sought after.

Sumatra is the most famousIndonesian coffee. Coffee is produced in Sumatra since 1700. There is little difference between the regional coffee in various parts of Sumatra produces, sells coffee, estate coffee (from a particular court) are rare.
